After your new account is created, you'll need to ensure some setup steps to your account are completed.

Billing

You can add payment information here: https://admin.lightpost.app/account/settings/billing

Billing happens on the first of every month. If your account is created in the middle of a month, a pro-rated invoice will be generated for this month.

Mobile App: Once you set your password, you can also download and login to the mobile app.

Special Notes

You will notice things are very empty and may not seem very useful yet! Until member data is added and some of the features are put to use, this is very normal. 🙂

If you'd like, we do offer to import member data for you for a fee.
