Volunteers Management

For all members that select involvement areas, you have a couple of options around what "side effects" might happen from that.

Approved for Assignments

The assignments "auto-fill" feature can automatically pull from a specific Involvement Area, but you can indicate, as an admin, whether people in that list should be part of the auto-rotation or not.

Toggling this option on or off will enable or disable them from being selected as part of the auto-fill process for Assignments.

Show in Volunteer List

You can give access to members via Roles to view who has opted in to certain Involvement Areas.

However, as an admin, you can select for certain members to now show in list based on your own criteria.

Toggling this option on or off will show or hide them from the Volunteer List.
